Jason is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) providing evidence-based psychiatry for teens ages 15+ and adults across Northern Nevada. He approaches ADHD, depression (MDD), anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and other conditions with personalized medication management and supportive psychotherapy.

Jason’s approach to providing care is simple: Mental health care should be collaborative and patient-centered which means focusing on careful assessment, clear education, and shared decision-making in a calm, nonjudgmental space. He understands how mental health affects relationships, school, work, sleep, and confidence, and partners with you to create a plan that leads to meaningful, measurable improvement. The goal is progress, one step at a time with no step ever being too small.

For treatment-resistant depression or OCD, Jason is certified in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), an FDA-cleared, noninvasive option that can be integrated with ongoing psychiatric care. As a husband and parent, Jason understands the importance of filling up one’s own cup, and he likes to recharge at home with listening to music, cooking, and spending time with family and their dog.
