PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Duncan Langguth
Duncan found early his passion for assisting those with mental illness. He combined his clinical work with education earning a Doctorate of the Nursing Practice from the University of Nevada Reno, a bachelor’s degree in science of nursing from Grand Canyon University, and an Associate of Science Degree in Nursing from Carrington College.
With a goal of removing the stigma surrounding mental health, Duncan works tirelessly with his patients letting them know that they are not broken. Furthermore, he offers non-medical therapies for depression including coping skills, herbal treatments (lavender), and Neurostar TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) Therapy. Duncan also specializes in opioid addiction and the use of Suboxone® to treat opioid dependence.
A happily married man of 8 years, Duncan has 2 children and lives in the Sugi Psychiatry and Wellness neighborhood.
